As part of the Extra Time Hubs 50+ Community, the Foundation holds Walking Football every Friday afternoon.​
The session is light-hearted, fairly contested and with players of all abilities coming together to play.
​The principal goal is the social aspect of keeping fit, a team game with a friendly atmosphere.
Our Walking Football is preceded by a strength rehabilitation class that begins at 11:30; this is to provide support for those getting back into exercise as well as an additional benefit for those already playing - this is run by our Nuffield Health partners on the ball court.
