From Monday 19th April, the Foundation relaunched its Premier League Kicks sessions around the Crawley area. Since the return of the Maidenbower and Girls session, we have been working hard to ensure we can relaunch as many sessions as possible to provide a positive and active environment for young people, as the Covid-19 restrictions are eased.
At Maidenbower, we have relaunched our Monday session from 4:30pm to 6pm on the Maidenbower 3G. This is a free weekly football session for young people aged 8-18.
Premier League Kicks as a project aims to support young people using football and other activities, to provide positive and structured opportunities, to help them lead a healthier, more active lifestyle and make positive choices.
Premier League Kicks Girls has also made a return at The People’s Pension Stadium Ballcourt from 6pm – 7pm for girls, aged 8 – 18 years.
We deliver a Girls Only session for Premier League Kicks, open for girls 8 - 18 years to come along and play football. The session is completely free and no knowledge or previous experience of football is required to join the programme, with the key aim of fun and enjoyment in a relaxed setting.
For all of our returning session please ensure you have appropriate clothing and footwear for the session & bring your own water bottle.
All equipment will be clean and disinfected after each session and we will provide access to hand sanitiser at each session.
Please be reminded, if an individual is symptomatic, living in a household with a possible COVID-19 infection or if you are classified as extremely vulnerable on health grounds, the guidance is that you should remain home.
All participants under 18 must complete a parental consent form before attending the session, which you can complete online.
