Opportunities at Crawley Town Community Foundation

Here at Crawley Town Community Foundation, we like to provide support to all aspects of the community, this includes some fantastic opportunities throughout the foundation itself.


We currently have some vacancies for full-time and sessional work, for positions that work in and around the Crawley area.

Our full-time position is within our Community Development team, as a Community Development Officer working alongside the Community Development Manager to plan, deliver and implement successful Community Development programmes to a high standard, providing quality, professional supervision and support which are progressive and reflective of the needs of those accessing our provision.

Our Community Development programmes provide opportunities for local communities to access activities based upon the specific objectives of the projects and of the needs of the participants, as well as promoting and supporting, development of the Crawley Town Community Foundation.

Projects are delivered to a broad age-range within the local community and seek to provide support with reducing social-isolation, reducing anti-social behaviour, mental health and increasing levels of participation in sport/activity, as examples.

​The successful applicant will be required to deliver sessions within a range of community settings, using excellent organisation, time management and communication skills. You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic & have a pro-active approach to working flexible hours, as and when the role requires.


​Additionally, our Sessional Coaching roles, will allow successful applicant to work across the community in many different areas.


The role entails being responsible for the delivery of football and PE sessions in connection with the Schools Sports Programme, including but not exclusive to Lunchtime Clubs, After-School Clubs, Premier League Primary Stars and Soccer Schools. This role will also provide opportunities to work across additional programmes such as Elite & Development Centres, PL Kicks, Recreational Football and Match Day Duties.
