Easter Soccer Schools are Coming Soon

With lots of fun and exciting activities planned for under 14s, why not get involved at Crawley Town this Easter.

You can now sign up today for Soccer Schools this Easter Holidays, which starts on Monday 8th April running until the final day on Friday 19th April.

Unlike the half-term, Easter Soccer School runs over 2 weeks and gives participants the opportunity to deliver fun engaging sessions whilst at the same time teaching the fundamentals of football.

Each day has exciting and varied activities, and gives players an opportunity to master new skills over a longer timeframe.

Our energetic, qualified and professional coaches will plan each day so all the young people experience different parts of the game and socialise with other budding players.

All drills will be age specific, making sure that we group participants based on age and ability in order to help them improve, be it individually or as a team.

After the successes of our recent Soccer Schools in October and February, the Easter Soccer School is set to be the biggest week of football at Crawley Town.

A parent of a Soccer School participant said this about the Soccer Schools, “My children love all of it! They are football mad and they know everyone who delivers the sessions, so they feel comfortable. They enjoy making new friends while playing a sport they love”.

Boys and girls aged 4 – 13 years are welcome to attend our Soccer Schools, which offers a pathway into our Mini Reds and Saturday Soccer Centre, as well as into Development and Elite Centres for those who excel.

Kayleigh Bowers, Football and Sports Development Co-ordinator said, “The sessions are made up of a Warm Up, Ball Skills Section, Shooting, Passing or Dribbling Zones, and finally a Match Zone, to put together everything that has been learned across the sessions into a game.

Our FA qualified coaches are experienced in coaching for all age groups and appreciate the importance of empathy and guidance with younger players, many of whom will be experiencing coaching for the very first time.

No matter what time of year, the Soccer School is ultimately about fun, getting the children started on their footballing journey and enjoying playing football in a safe setting.”

There is a chance that Crawley Town’s very own Reggie the Red Devil will join us at the Easter Soccer School, so be sure to give him a high-five and show him your best skills.
