Walking Football.

The Foundation holds Walking Football every Friday afternoon as part of Extra Time Hubs.

The session is light-hearted, with players of all abilities coming together to play.  The principal goal is the social aspect of keeping fit, a team game with a friendly atmosphere.

Extra Time Hubs.

Extra Time Hubs marks the end of the Foundation's week with a bustling social group for Crawley's 50+ community. The Foundation is committed to tackling loneliness and social isolation and the Hub is our community initiative driving that fight.

Our sessions vary each week, with participants able to do as little as they want, with previous activities including arts and crafts, seated exercise, health checks, walking football and quizzes.

Virtual Hubs & Walk and Talk.

Walk and Talk provides a safe and secure environment for the 50+ community to come together and share experiences all whilst being active in the Crawley area.

Delivered by our volunteers, Virtual Hubs enables participants to socialise from the comfort of their home, using Zoom.
