Our programmes compass an Elite and Development Centre, School football and sports and teacher/student support in schools with our Lunch and After School Clubs & Premier League Primary Stars programme.

YOUTH PROGRAMMES

The start of the Crawley Town player pathway that aims to take U7s all the way up to U16s, into our education programme then finally, the Crawley Town first team. With weekly squad training designed and delivered by UEFA qualified coaches we look to develop each individual player so they are better equipped for their grassroots sides and as a team for fixtures against other development academies. One of our key responsibilities is to create clear and effective pathways for our participants. No matter what you do, we are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Our team of mentors and coaches work closely with individuals to help map out a journey, tailored to their unique ambitions and aspirations.

At the heart of our department is our exceptional youth programmes. We nurture talented young footballers, creating a pathway for their success playing the game. We offer specialised training & coaching from qualified coaches, building strong foundations and skills in a supportive environment.

PREMIER LEAGUE PRIMARY STARS

PSHE: We understand the importance of striking a balance between sports and academics. Therefore, we offer PSHE support to schools with an engaging and fun atmosphere.

 

This initiative is specially designed to offer additional support to primary school children who may need a helping hand in various aspects of their lives. Using the power of the Premier League we follow the values have children 'be ambitious, be inspiring, be connected and be fair.
