Walking Football
As part of the Extra Time Hubs 50+ Community, the Foundation holds Walking Football every Friday afternoon.​
The session is light-hearted, fairly contested and with players of all abilities coming together to play.
​The principal goal is the social aspect of keeping fit, a team game with a friendly atmosphere.

A walk and talk session combines conversation with outdoor movement, offering a dynamic way to connect and brainstorm. It's a refreshing approach to dialogue, fostering creativity and problem-solving amidst nature's backdrop.

Dementia session
The program fosters social interaction and incorporates gentle physical activities to promote their holistic well-being. The session also offers caregivers an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and find support among like-minded individuals

Virtual Hubs
In virtual sessions to combat loneliness, individuals find solace and connection through digital platforms, fostering a sense of community and understanding despite physical distances.
Teams Meeting
Move the Goalposts
Move the Goalposts takes place once a week at the club's Broadfield Stadium ball court; It is a light-hearted, lively and supportive group with a competitive spirit. ​ It is a session for those experiencing - or at risk of experiencing - mental health issues; and is open to anyone over the age of 18.

Extra Time Hubs marks the end of the Foundation's week with a bustling social group for Crawley's 50+ community. The Foundation is committed to tackling loneliness and social isolation and the Hub is our mainstay community initiative driving that fight.
